Processing Time
- Because our dresses are all made-to-order, they may require additional processing time.
- Production is typically completed within 3–5 business days prior to shipment.
Worldwide Shipping
Good things take time, and we assure you that our products are all worth waiting for. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped out! Kindly note that we are unable to cancel the order once it is shipped.
Shipping Times and Cost
We ship worldwide! We offer free standard shipping for all orders.
For those who prefer expedited delivery, express shipping options are available and calculated at checkout. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order via any universal parcel tracker such as 17Track or directly through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Delays: During busy sale periods or local customs changes, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse.

Customs Charges: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. We’d love to cover customs fees for you in the future, but as a growing brand, we’re currently unable to. Any applicable duties or import taxes will be the customer’s responsibility. We appreciate your support and can’t wait for you to receive your dress!
Shipping Restrictions
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed undeliverable due to shipping restrictions or other conditions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
At NUIT CHÉRI, we take great care in ensuring that your order is processed and shipped safely. However, once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.
- NUIT CHÉRI is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- We recommend that you provide a secure location for delivery and/or track your package to ensure someone is available to receive it upon arrival.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. You may also wish to file a claim with them for lost or stolen items.
Damaged Items
- NUIT CHÉRI is not liable for items that are damaged during transit. Once the package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for ensuring that your order is delivered in good condition.
- If your package arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier for compensation. Please keep all packaging and documentation from your order, as this may be required for the claim process.
Additional Tips to Protect Your Package
- Ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.
- Use a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package, such as your home or workplace.
- If you believe your package may be at risk of being stolen, consider selecting a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery or have the package delivered to a secure location such as a PO box or parcel locker.
Shipping Policy for Unclaimed Packages
For any packages that are undeliverable or not picked up within the designated timeframe provided by the carrier, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately, once a package is returned to us due to non-pickup, we are unable to issue a refund for the order. If you would like the package re-shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
To avoid any issues, we encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and pick up packages promptly.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and NUIT CHÉRI is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs.
