Refund policy
At NUIT CHÉRI, every dress is hand-made to order with love and attention to detail, but we understand that things may not always be perfect. If you're not 100% in love with your purchase, you can submit a return request within 7 business days from the order delivery date.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@nuitcheri.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Name of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reasons for the return
- Photos of the item(s), clearly showing the product and attached tags.
Please ensure the tags are clearly visible in the photos, as this will help us verify that they have not been removed. We will review your return request within 24 hours and provide further instructions.
Return Conditions
We offer refunds to the original payment method for returns, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
- The item has no marks, stains (including makeup or spray tan), or odors (like deodorant or perfume).
- The item is free from any damage or modifications.
Once we receive and confirm that your returned item meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that all approved returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nuitcheri.com.
Return Process
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, we are able to provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of the return. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Once the item is received and inspected in accordance with our return policy, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the full purchase price minus the cost of the return shipping label and the restocking fee.
Once a return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided, the item(s) must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your return authorization email. Customers are required to provide a valid tracking number once the package has been dispatched.
To ensure accurate return processing, inventory reconciliation, and payment record management, returns that are not shipped within this timeframe may require re-authorization and may no longer qualify under the original return approval.
Items returned must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrance, deodorant, makeup, self-tanner, or other cosmetic marks, and with all original tags attached.
Due to hygiene, product integrity, and quality assurance standards, any item returned showing signs of wear, use for an event, damage, staining, scent, or alteration will be deemed ineligible for refund. In such cases, the item will be considered forfeited and will not be returned to the customer. The item may be responsibly disposed of at our discretion.
Faulty Items
We strive for perfection, but in the rare event that your item arrives faulty, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Faulty items include broken seams, holes, or damaged segments. If your item is deemed faulty, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.
Final Sale Items
All final sale items are non-returnable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. Unauthorized returns of final sale items will be refused.
Additional Notes
- Please retain your return tracking number, as NUIT CHÉRI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We are not liable for any customs fees, taxes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your preferred item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
